To get married in Legal Moslem Wedding ceremony couple should submit:

Indonesian citizen:

- 4 pieces of photos size 2×4
- 4 pieces of photos size 3×4
- 2 pieces of copy ID card/KTP
- 2 pieces of copy KK
- 2 pieces of copy birth certificate/akte kelahiran
- letter N1-N4 (surat nikah)
- immunization certificate of TT (Tetanus Toxoid) for bride
- copy divorce/death certificate if applicable
- letter N5 – if under 21 years old
- copy certificate of changing religion (converting certificate) for non-moslem

Non-Indonesian citizen:
- Copy ID/Passport
- Copy Birth certificate
- Copy Divorce certificate (if applicable)
- Copy Death certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of No Impediment (CNI) – must be original – you get this CNI at your embassy or consulate in Indonesia
- Copy certificate of changing religion (converting certificate) – for non-moslem

Additional document that couple should also prepared:
- Copy of detail page of ID/KTP of your two witnesses
